It’s color challenge week at Create with Connie and Mary. It’s no secret I don’t like purple! But I do really like the new Blackberry Bliss color and that is part of this week’s challenge:
I had an idea for this color combination right away! I had just gotten the new Flower Patch bundle from Stampin’ Up and was itching to use it! It was perfect for this!
Stamp Set: Flower Patch
Ink: Hello Honey, Blackberry Bliss, Sahara Sand, Black StazOn
Paper: Blackberry Bliss, Whisper White, Sahara Sand, Moonlight DSP pack
Accessories: rhinestones, Blendabilities (to color rhinestones), 1/4″ Cotton ribbon
There are so many things to love about this card! For all my clients, we will be making this card at an upcoming class, so be sure to watch for that announcement! Now you all head over to Create with Connie and Mary and try this combo! Don’t forget to upload your card!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! LOVE IT!!!

I feel the same way about Blackberry Bliss. It is a purple everyone can love! I love all of your layers and the layout in general. This is a wonderful card that emphasizes the small flowers in the stamp set.

Great layout for patterned paper! Really highlights the paper nicely.. Love that you kept the leaves soft so the vibrant flowers can shine!

Love your card Lisa. I would love to attempt making it. I read the blogs and of course I would not post mine anywhere (I wouldn’t have the guts!) I cannot seem to find the dimensions for cutting the panels. Where might I find them? I am new to the websites so forgive me if this is not posted in the proper area.
Thank you, Gail

Thank you for your kind comments, Gail. Unfortunately, I do not have this card anymore to do any measurements 😦 Just start playing with sizes using typing paper so you don’t ruin your designer papers. I believe the designer paper was 1-1/8″ wide, but am not for certain.
